Homecoming Week

The students of St. Ambrose Academy had some serious fun all week with daily games, treats, and fun. And the annual Powderpuff showdown brought out the spirit and even more serious competition! The afternoon kicked off with freshmen vs. seniors and sophomores vs. juniors, leading to an epic championship face-off between the juniors and seniors.

Both teams left it all on the field, but in the end, the seniors edged out the juniors 13–12 in a nail-biter finish! Congrats, seniors!

Huge shout-out to all the athletes, to junior Therese C. and senior Lily Z. for their fierce plays, and to our referees – Damien H., Coach Z., Mr. Bergquist, and Mr. Roser – for keeping the games running smoothly.

Thanks also to the junior and senior boys who stepped up as team coaches and to all the fellow students, parents, and siblings who came to cheer and celebrate the fun. The love and support were palpable!

The 2025 Masquerade Ball–themed Homecoming Dance was full of so much fun, laughter, and unforgettable memories. Our students truly made the night shine!

A heartfelt thank you to the students and parents who helped plan, decorate, chaperone and host this beautiful event – your creativity and hard work made it an evening to remember. And thank you to Mrs. McBain for capturing some of the fun. You’re the best, Guardians!
