Job Description

St. Ambrose Academy is seeking an Admissions Office Assistant whose primary responsibilities include: Standardized Test Coordination (ACT, PreACT, AP, PSAT), Wisconsin Guarantee and Direct Admit program administration; Wisconsin Education Fair participation; Early College Credit Program; Franciscan University Advantage Program; transcript management; course placement and registration; High School graduation; diploma requirements; new student application processing; setting up admissions testing and family interviews; admissions test proctoring; scheduling parent tours and student shadow days; communication of application deadlines with diocesan principals; assisting in coordination of fall breakfast tour and fall open house.

Requirements

The candidate must be a practicing Catholic, willing to make an Oath of Fidelity to the Magisterium, whose life of faith serves as an example to our students and families. Candidates must demonstrate excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills; and demonstrate a desire to share their gifts and talents with the students and administration of the school.
