Homecoming Week Activities
We are pleased to announce a full week of fun for Homecoming. Mark your calendars!
- ALL WEEK: Penny Wars! Students can bring in change (pennies count to the positive while nickels, dimes and quarters count to the negative) to battle it out for House pride, bragging rights and a good cause!
- Monday at 6:30PM: Join the Guardians for Life for the 40 Days for Life Kick-off in front of Planned Parenthood with speakers Ramona Trevino, a former Planned Parenthood manager, and Fr. Drew Olson. Here is the flyer.
- Tuesday Afternoon: Senior High goes to the American Players Theater for a taste of Shakespeare!
- Wednesday at 5PM: Cheer on the Varsity soccer team for the FIRST HOME SPORTING EVENT at Holy Name Heights — make history! Enjoy root beer floats after the game.
- Thursday at Lunchtime: We will host the All-School “Tailgate” Hot Lunch. Read more below.
- Friday from 6:30-8:30PM: The Antonios host the entire Junior High for a bonfire with s’mores and games!
- Saturday from 7-10:30PM: The Homecoming Dance closes out the week!
Homecoming Dance (Saturday): Tickets Now on Sale!
All senior high students are invited to the 2024 Homecoming Dance “Under the Stars” on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at the St. Francis Xavier Fellowship Hall (2947 Thinnes Street Cross Plains, WI 53528) from 7:00-10:30 p.m. Tickets are $20 and now on sale during school lunch.
Now is the time to check out the dress code information (the only update is clarifying that girls’ dresses should cover the back up to the bottom of the shoulder blades — no back cut-outs), review the dance information, fill out permission slips and share them with your student’s guest’s parents (as applicable). Every attendee must have a signed permission slip, even guests.

Junior High Bonfire (Friday): Please RSVP and Help Out!
The Antonio family is graciously hosting the Junior High Bonfire on Friday, September 27, 2024, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at their Brooklyn home (5676 Alpine Drive in Brooklyn). This is an exciting new Homecoming Week tradition! We need to have parents donate graham crackers, chocolate bars, and glow sticks as well as attendees to RSVP and bring lawn chairs/picnic blankets and yard games, if possible. Sign up and RSVP by clicking the “Junior High Bonfire” button below. We still have a need for yard games, chocolate bars, glow sticks and one chaperone! |
