Calling all young detectives, scientists, and adventurers! This hands-on course introduces students to the art of logic, deduction, and problem-solving in a fun and engaging way. We’ll kick off with an exciting introduction to logic by Dr. Joy (Who says kids can’t read St. Thomas Aquinas?) before jumping into real-world applications—solving mysteries, cracking codes, and uncovering ancient secrets.
Think like a detective, reason like a scientist, and strategize like an escape artist!

- Logic & Reasoning with Dr. Joy – An entertaining introduction to the principles of logic, inspired by great thinkers like St. Thomas Aquinas and Aristotle. Spot common logic fallacies, debate effectively, and sharpen your reasoning skills.
- Forensic Science with Detective Frias – Learn how real detectives analyze. clues, fingerprints, and forensic evidence to solve crimes.
- Strategic Thinking Through Chess & Games – Master the principles of chess and other strategy games to hone your logical reasoning.
- Biblical & Ancient World Mysteries with Dr. Geoffrey Ludvik – Explore archaeological detective work, including biblical archaeology, to bring the distant past alive.
- Microbial Sleuthing with Dr. Denise Ludvik – Use scientific deduction to investigate the hidden world of microbes, like a detective solving an invisible mystery!
- Escape Room Challenge – Put your skills to the test in a thrilling escape room adventure, where teamwork and logic are the keys to success.
