Coach Z’s 1000th Career Game
For only the third time in Wisconsin Boys Basketball history, a Head Coach will have crossed the 1000 game mark!
St. Ambrose Academy – as coached by former Edgewood, Stockton (IL), and UW-Platteville coach Chris Zwettler – will host the visiting Evansville Blue Devils on Saturday, January 18th, 2025.
Prior to the game, there will be a pre-game ceremony honoring the WBCA Hall of Fame career of Head Coach Chris Zwettler alongside Bernie Zwettler and their family.
The JV game has a 5 PM tipoff. After that game concludes (around 6 PM or so), we’ll anticipate varsity warmups and a brief pregame ceremony and tip-off right afterward.
A light reception will be hosted after the game.

Tickets are $6 for adults, $3 for seniors. You can pay at the door, but
an RSVP will guarantee you a seat.
