GUARDIANS CROSS COUNTRY | First Practice Mon., Aug. 15
Parents of students interested in joining the Cross Country team for the 2022 season should be in contact with Coach Quinn Myers.
Practices begin on Monday, August 15th. There will be a short parent meeting on the first night of practice, Monday, August 15, from 6:00 – 6:30 p.m.
For the first 3 weeks of practice (Aug 15 – Sept 2) we will meet from 5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
at Holy Name Heights. We will meet near the shed next to the athletic field, which is down the hill from the rear entrance of the building.
Once school begins practices will be held at school from 3:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Registration needs to be completed prior to the first day of practice. Forms can be turned in via e-mail to Coach Myers, at
quinn.myers@ambroseacademy.org, or as a hard copy on Monday, August 15. the forms are listed below including a copy of the meet schedule.
Please note: The junior high season does not officially begin until the first day of school, however junior high athletes are welcome to attend all practices during the summer and participate in the meet on Sept 3.
