First Friday Rosary & Adoration

Please read below for some clarification for parents and families coming to pray the rosary, attend the 8:05 a.m. Mass or joining for Eucharistic Adoration in the St. Joan of Arc Oratory.

• Guests praying the rosary at 7:40 a.m. only or before attending the 8:05 a.m. Mass:
• You must enter through the SAA-exclusive Northeast School Entrance and sign in as a visitor at the SAA front desk on the first floor. After signing in, travel through the first floor across the building to the Holy Name Oratory.
• After Mass, to go to the St. Joan of Arc Oratory for Adoration, or simply sign out of SAA, you may re-enter the building by following the staff and students.
• Guests only attending the 8:05 a.m. Mass:
• You are allowed to enter through the Holy Name Heights main entrance beginning at 8:00 a.m. with your Oratory Pass.
• Please do not request Diocese of Madison employees or residents to allow you entrance; they have been instructed to direct any parent/visitor to the SAA-exclusive Northeast School Entrance.
• Please do not follow anyone into the building when they enter, either, as this is a safety procedure concern for the Holy Name facilities operations team.
• If you wish to go to the St. Joan of Arc Oratory for Adoration after Mass, you will need to exit through the Holy Name main entrance and walk around to the SAA-exclusive Northeast School Entrance to sign in at the front desk on the first floor. After signing in, you may proceed to the St. Joan of Arc Oratory.
