The senior/parent retreat will take place on Thu., Aug. 29, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Holy Name Heights auditorium (Mass at Holy Name Heights at noon). Senior students should attend with one parent. If a parent is unable to attend, it will be worthwhile for the student to attend alone. A schedule will be sent to families in August.
One participant from last year reflects, “Although our senior was not our first graduate, and not our first to enter into higher education following high school, we found the day to be incredibly worthwhile in terms of the information shared and the opportunity to ask questions. Especially with recent changes in college admissions and financial aid applications, learning the things we did was a valuable asset in our student’s process through the work of college application and decision-making.”
