Please note that performers need to wear their Music Man t shirt and khaki colored pants for the performance at the jerry awards! (and you’ll be dancing so make sure you can move in them!)

Here are rehearsal dates for the Jerry Award performance. You need to be at all of these rehearsals unless you’ve already let me know you won’t be available (there are only a couple of you)

All rehearsals will be at St. Mary’s Pine Bluff gym!

Graduation Practice, Friday, May 26, 11am – 723 State Street

Graduating Seniors are to meet Mrs. Blahnik and Mrs. Gilmore at St. Paul’s Catholic Student Center
lobby front desk for practice.

Students do not need to bring anything unless they want to practice their speech. This should last about an hour. Mr. Schmiesing and Dr. Joy will be working with the graduates.

Parking for the event – State Street Campus Garage – 415 N Lake Street is the closest parking. This is within a block of St. Paul’s.

Friday, May 5, 8:00 a.m. – ALL St. Ambrose band students need to meet at St. Mary’s in Pine Bluff at 8:00 a.m. This will be our one and only joint band rehearsal with the HFH Band.

  • Students need to bring their own music stand with them.
  • Mr. Schmeising will drive the students back to St. Ambrose at 8:45 a.m. (Mr. Schmeising is looking for a parent volunteer or two to transport the instruments back to St. Ambrose, as both students and instruments will not all fit in the van. Please contact Mr. Schmeising if you are able to help out.)

  • Navy Game Shorts (to keep, $13-15 range)

 

MCDS Athletic fee $160 will be collected by ALCS or SAA Athletic Dept

 

For practices, all athletes should arrive at MCDS changed and ready to play.

There is bathroom just inside the Middle/High School door, as well as a portable toilet in the parking lot.

There is a bottle water fountain just inside Middle/High School door.

 

MEET & GREET COACHES: Wednesday, April 12, after practice 5:30-6pm

 

ALCS & SAA student athletes will need to transport themselves to/from practices and games. Athletes should confirm with coaches the expected time they should arrive at away game locations

MCDS student athletes will travel with one of our coaches to and from away game. If an MCDS student plans to travel home after an away game, please be sure your MCDS Athletics Travel Form is submitted prior to the day’s game.

 

If the weather forces us to postpone a practice or game, every effort will be made to find an alternative indoor space for practice. Competitions may be cancelled. Weather related cancellations will be communicated internally for MCDS via OnCampus Athletics and emailed to ALL families and ALCS & SAA Athletic Depts.
