Optional practice at MCDS at 9:00am. The building will be closed and we will not have access, so if your student is coming, PLEASE bring water!
Practice starts at 3:30pm. Pictures at 3:50pm. Practice will resume following the photo. Photos - wear red uniform, all black shorts or spandex longer than your fingertips, and knee pads.
High Schoolers should be ready to walk the course at 7:15am and middle schoolers should be ready at 10:30am. We are in the small school division for varsity races.
